Freeforms

The Freeforms are fluid sketches in clay, sensuous movement caught in an instant of time. I aim to achieve a harmony of balance and proportion that allows the forms to stand alone, visually centred. The surfaces undulate evoking the restless motion that surrounds us all yet hint at the still and tranquil axis. As viewers we are asked to stop all superficial turmoil and watch the stream of life from its centre.
