The year seems to be rushing past and Art in Clay at Hatfield is fast approaching. Its an absolute must for anyone interested in ceramics; wether you are looking for personal pieces for the home,  are a new or experienced collector, or a practising potter. There is such a wide range of unique styles and techniques that there is something for everyone. The event is accompanied by a programme of talks and demonstrations and there is a welcoming hands on zone so anyone can get their hands in some clay.

The event is run by Valentines Clays, one of the contry’s top supplyers of clays and ceramics materials, tools and equipment

For me it will be a time for meeting up with potter friends and customers as well as looking at all the exciting new work that is always changing and developing.

I also get to stay with my lovely daughter and her family.
